Return Policy

Returns are not accepted by us. Many of the products we sell are unique. Only exchanges for size are permitted. To process an exchange, you must get in touch with us within three days of receiving your order. Your item must be in the same, unused, and undamaged condition that you received it in order to be eligible for an exchange. The invoice or proof of purchase is also required. If your exchange request is approved, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping both the old item and the new one. The cost of shipping is not refundable. 

If an item is misused or improperly cleaned, it may get damaged and neither we refund nor replace it. Custom-made orders, Buffalo Zubaz products, swimwear, jewelry, shoes, and hair accessories are among the items that cannot be returned.

Order cancellations are not permitted once product fulfillment has started, or after an order has been processed. If you have any questions regarding sizing or a specific item, kindly ask them prior to making a purchase. Please contact us if you require a specific item by a certain date. We now have a turnaround time of 7 to 14 business days. Our items are handmade in Buffalo, NY!!

Shipping and lost packages

The item is no longer in our control once it has been shipped and picked up from the carrier. You must contact the shipping carrier if there is an issue with shipping or delivery. For packages that are lost or stolen, we accept no liability.
